You may conveniently transfer your files to us either by email or using our FTP site. Files under 5MB may be transferred by email. Larger files will need to be sent via FTP or by disk.
If you are sending a file electronically, and have a press ready PDF, you may send it as is. If you have multiple files we ask that you compress them into either a Zip or Stuff-It file. Please email or call us when your transfer is complete and let us know the file name and job specifications.
If you are able to transfer your files in one of the three formats listed above, you can use the upload manager to the right to transfer your file(s). You can either drag and drop your file into the box on the right or use the "File" menu item at the top of the box to find your file on your computer. When you start the upload it will ask you for a password. If you have not already received a password, please contact our representatives for one. The status bar will show the progress of the upload. When it reaches 100% you may close your browser.
If you use a program such as Fetch or FileZilla to connect to FTP sites, enter "ftp.colorgraphicprint.com" for the host name. Use the password and username that you received from our representatives.
If you have a very large file and would prefer to send it by disk, you may send it to the address at the top of this page. Please include in your package a note that lists who the job is for, the job title, the job specifications and any other details that are important to the job. We can accept CDs, DVD's and USB flash drives.
